BE PROG! THE RETURN
It was only a matter of time for Be Prog! to return. After five editions in which numerous first class artists played, the project found its end in 2018 as it was not economically viable. But after much reflection, we have decided to return with a format that we hope will make this very special encounter sustainable over time. For many of us, some of the concerts at Be Prog! were among the most specials we have witnessed in our lives, and we cannot ignore that. Many factors made Be Prog! a unique event; the bands, the environment, the atmosphere created by YOU, all of those elements created a special and extraordinary experience and this is why we feel that the festival has to come back and become an essential event where we can all meet every year surrounded by the best bands and the best atmosphere. :V

If the show has already started, will I be allowed in?
Yes, you can enter even if the event has started. You can access the venue during the show upon presentation of the ticket.
Can tickets be purchased at the venue's box office?
On the day of the event, as long as there are tickets available.
Tickets for minors?
Children from 0 to 3 years old have free access to the festival by downloading a ticket per child at the following link: SOLD OUT
Children from 4 to 12 years old must purchase a reduced-price ticket at this link: SOLD OUT
Children aged 13 and over must pay full price admission: TICKETS SOLD OUT
Any minor (aged 0 to 16) may only enter the venue accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. To do so, you must purchase/download your ticket from the links above and download the AUTHORIZATION, fill it out and hand it in on the day of the festival on a wristband, along with copies of the ID (parent or legal guardian) and ID (or family book) of the minor. Or you can do this at the box office on the day of the festival (there will be a cost, so we recommend bringing the completed/printed authorization plus the minor's ticket).
If I have purchased the tickets and I cannot attend the event on the day of the event, will I get my money back?
No, no changes or refunds are made.
I can't find my ticket, what should I do?
Remember that you always have your tickets available for download in your private area of the website. IMPORTANT: Check the email address you added for the purchase, they should have arrived there as well, check your "spam" folder. If you can't find the ticket, write to Madness Live Customer Service, but please don't wait until the last minute, or we don't guarantee that we can attend to your request in time.
Payment system within the festival
The payment system within the venue will be through cashless bracelets. Exchange your ticket in the wristband area for your bracelet (at the entrance to Poble Espanyol, check the map). Once inside the tent area, recharge your bracelet at the enabled cashless ATMs (with credit card or cash). You can now buy drinks, food and merch at the festival site. You can get any remaining money back from your wristband online the week after the festival on this page (from 02/10/2024)https://devolucionesbeprog.cashless.eventsnfc.com/. (There will be a processing fee of €1). IMPORTANT: Refunds of any remaining money on the wristband will take a while to arrive, so please be patient.
